Aged in Canadian Oak

We batch distill our Brandy, Rum and Whisky with great care to our own original recipes.These distillations are then aged on site in Canadian Oak barrels.

Why Canadian Oak? It's unique flavour profile, different from French or American oaks, instills subtle aromas and flavours of barrel spice, soft vanillas, butter and caramel. 

We feel this gives a uniquely Canadian profile to our spirits. 

None of our products are chill filtered. Why? Because natural fatty acids, proteins and esters produced by the distillation and aging process, are removed in chill filtering. We believe that these bring a richness to the tase and feel of our products.
