  • Mediterranean Martini

    Mediterranean Martini
    • 1oz Olive Oil Fat Washed Myriad Straight Shine
    • 1oz Myriad Gin
    • ½ oz olive juice

    Combine all ingredients in a shaker and then strain into a child martini glass, garnish with 2-3 olives

    How to fat wash: Take whatever type of fat you wish to use. Olive oil, coconut oil, bacon fat, etc. Combine it with alcohol of choice in a jar in a ratio of 1:3 (100ml of Olive Oil combined with 300ml of Moonshine). Shake the fat with the alcohol for 1 minute, then place in the freezer overnight. Strain the liquid away from the fat, and voila! The flavour of the fat will have been infused into the alcohol. Depending on the fat, alcohol may require 1- 2 more passes through a strainer.

    Cloudy Bees
    • 1 ¼ oz Myriad VSOP Brandy
    • 2 oz Island Honey Wine Company’s Nectar Mead
    • 1 oz Lemon Juice
    • Egg White

    First take 1 egg white and dry shake (shake with no ice) for 20 seconds. Yes you will be winded. Then add all other ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and drizzle a bit of honey on top, garnish with a lemon peel.

    • 1 oz Myriad Physique’s Gin
    • ¾ oz Green Chartreuse
    • ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur
    • ⅔ oz Lime Juice
    • ⅓ oz chilled water

     

    Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass, garnish with a cherry.

    • 1 oz Myriad Lightning
    • 2 oz Matos Gamay
    • 2 oz 5-alive
    • ½ oz lemon juice
    • 2 oz Tonic Water

    Fill your biggest wine glass with some berries and oranges, add some ice and then add all other ingredients.
