Strait Lightning Recipes

We think citrus, cranberry and pineapple compliment the flavours of Shine® best but hey on the rocks they're great too!

Makes a great substitute for tequila or white rum.

Let your imagination run free but remember our spirits are over proof!

BLUE LIGHTNING

~ 1 ounce Strait Lightning
~ 1 ounce blue curacao
~ 1 ounce creme of coconut
~ 2 ounces pineapple juice
~ pineapple wedge
~ maraschino cherry

Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice
filled highball glass and garnish with the pineapple and cherry.

BARRACUDA

~ 1 ounce Strait Lightning
~ 1 ounce Galliano
~ 3 ounces pineapple juice
~ 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
~ lime wedge

Shake liquid ingredients vigorously with ice.
Strain into an ice filled highball glass. Stir gently.
Garnish with lime wedge.

BRASS MONKEY

~ 3/4 ounce Strait Lightning
~ 1 ounce Strait Vodka
~ 4 ounces fresh orange juice
~ 1/2 ounce galliano

Pour the Strait Lightning, Strait Vodka and orange juice into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir well. Float the galliano on top.
