    • 1.5 oz Myriad View Moonshine 69%
    • ½ oz Matos Orange Liqueur
    • 1oz Tamarind Shrub
    • 2oz Lime Juice
    • 3oz Ginger Beer

    Add shine, shrub, sprig of fresh basil, orange liqueur and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Give it a shake and then pour and strain into a tall glass with ice, top with the ginger beer and  garnish with fresh basil.

    Tamarind Shrub Recipe: Take 4 Tbsp of Tamarind fruit (or two pods) add 1 cup of water and heat to boiling, allow the fruit to melt and mix into the water, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of vinegar of your choice (white, apple, white wine, sherry), use less if you like it sweeter. Stir until dissolved then take off of heat. Strain the mixture 2-3 times and store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months. Recipe makes enough for 16 Moonshine Tamarindo's
