- 1 oz Myriad Rum
- ½ oz Matos Orange Liqueur
- ½ oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
- 2 drops of orange blossom water
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz of Lime Juice
- Dash of bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass, use crushed ice, a tiny umbrella and a pineapple leaf for garnish to really embrace the tropical vibe of this cocktail.
